Local Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa, Inc. (HBAT) Builder Kevin Pake, of Pake Realty & Construction of Tuscaloosa and Southview Homes, LLC, was installed as the Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA) President for 2023.
Kevin is a longtime member and Past President of the Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa, Inc. (HBAT). He succeeds Michael Toles of Toles Construction (Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association), who has served as the 2022 HBAA President.
